I had a fantastic first experience at Charm Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming especially Ms. Angelica, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. The doctor was thorough and kind, explaining everything clearly.

I thought I had broken a tooth so called my dentist office…CHARM DENTAL ON THOMPSON RD IN RICHMOND TX on a Friday morning. They worked me in that afternoon and discovered it was a filling that had come out and not a broken tooth. This time it was Dr. Patel and assistant Olga who replaced the filling while I was there. Amazing job.. no pain no issues.. just a smooth filling that I can hardly tell is there.
This office has exceptional professional staff in every area of their operations. My visits there just get better every time. Been a patient for several years and have had wonderful experiences every time. Please give them a try!! You won’t regret it!!!

Dr. Mehta and his team were so professional and kind throughout my visits. He performed my wisdom teeth extraction in less than 15 minutes with just numbing injections since I had to drive myself home, and the whole process was surprisingly smooth and fast. I also came back for fillings, and he made sure everything was done with precision and care. The staff consistently followed up the day after each appointment to check on my recovery, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with their care and service.
I’m coming back to get other treatments done in the next few months. Highly recommend!

I had the greatest experience at Charm Dental in Katy. From the waiting room all the way to treatment it was a smooth process. Everyone at the office was very nice and Dr Shah is the best. She made it so easy for me. I’m usually nervous about dental treatments but this time it felt like a walk in a lake. I highly recommend Charm Dental and their staff!
